Highlights of 2016

We have been so busy this year, it’s hard to believe that it’s 2017 next week. We have done so much and been so many places. Here are our top 5 highlights of many for 2016.

Business Service Provider of the Year Finalist

We were so proud to be made finalists by the Black Country Chamber of Commerce for Business Service Provider of the Year. The award was judged on the strategy implemented to benefit clients and employees, the quality of service provided and commercial performance. We had a great time at the awards dinner meeting so many new businesses.

21st Birthday

ACUTEC turned 21 in August and we are still celebrating! Our Managing Director Chris Roche started the business back in 1995 and is still an integral part of our organisation.

Immersion Suite

We opened the first Immersion Suite in the Midlands in which businesses can come and experience technology hands on. The Immersion Suite allows visitors to experience different tools like Office 365 using a range of a different devices. Come and see us turn a phone into a PC or learn how to access your files from a variety of different devices.

Customer Thermometer

We have dedicated ourselves this year to providing the best service possible. One of the ways we have changed our service is through implementing Customer Thermometer. Customer Thermometer allows ACUTEC clients to respond to the service they have received with instant feedback through indicating their satisfaction through a smiley face rather than wading through a survey. We saw more response in one month than we had in the whole of 2015!

We have provided webinars throughout 2016 to organisations across the Midlands. Our webinars discuss topics such as cyber security awareness and the productivity gained from the Cloud. The webinars have been a great success with viewers filling knowledge gaps and learning new things.
