Michael John and Dean Evans, IT Technical Experts, have joined ACUTEC’s Help Desk where they will solve any IT problems for clients both remotely and on-site. They commented that they enjoy a challenge and are looking forward to working on projects and solving complex IT issues.
Both Michael and Dean have a wealth of IT and Microsoft experience to draw upon in their new roles. Their qualifications include Microsoft, Citrix and CompTIA. ACUTEC, IT experts based in West Birmingham, are delighted to welcome Michael and Dean to the team as Technical Support Engineers.
“IT is a fast moving field and many businesses are benefitting from Office 365 and accessing their email, files and calendar while out of the office, it’s great being able to help people be mobile at all times,’ Michael said.
Dean remarked, ‘Cloud software has changed the way so many businesses work, especially charities with remote workers. It’s amazing to think that’s it’s no longer necessary to go into the office to download files as they are available 24/7 every day of the year. Part of my role is helping clients move to the Cloud to benefit from more efficient working practises.”
In their spare time, Michael enjoys going to the gym and socialising with friends, meanwhile Dean has just had another baby so his spare time is limited!
