There are currently two methods for ACUTEC to connect to your computer to assist with a problem or issue. Our team will advise you which method is most appropriate when they speak with you on the phone.

Method 1



Connect to ACUTEC Support



Your technician will have sent you to this page and will have provided you with a 6 digit code to enter. This will provide secure access to your computer for this technician to assist you with the problem.

If you require remote support and haven’t yet arranged this with an engineer, please telephone us now on 01675 469024 or contact us through the Client Portal.

NOTE: You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.

Method 2

Please start remote support and download the executable file, then follow the on-screen instructions to run the program.

START REMOTE SUPPORT

Your technician will have sent you to this page and will ask you to download and run an executable file. This will provide our technician with secure access to your computer to assist you with the problem.
