Service Desk

At ACUTEC, we will take responsibility for your issue from the moment you contact us. Then you won't need to worry about how your issues are being dealt with - we will keep you informed. We have many options available to our customers for contacting us and for the way we will resolve your particular problem.

Service Desk

We offer a Web Service Desk to allow you to send us your call electronically, even outside your normal work hours. If you have contacted us by another means, you can still use the Web Service Desk to track your support issue and see the progress we are making in order to resolve your issue. As we work on your call you will receive automatic email updates.

Remote Support

We have invested in the latest Remote Support technology which allows us to 'take control' of your PC (with your permission natuarally) in a secure manner across the internet. We can work on your PC or Server as if we were sitting in front of it with you. You will be able to both watch what we are doing and interact with your PC; which makes this ideal for demonstrating issues, solutions and remote training.

Downloads

We have also introduced a Downloads section, where you can find software updates and other documentation available for download.

Forum

Why not also take the time to register at our Forum. This is an informal area where our users can gather to ask questions and discuss IT related matters and our services. We look forward to welcoming you to our forum.
