How to request remote support
- Your technician will have sent you to this page and provided you with an access code. Simply enter the code in the box to the left and press Connect and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you require remote support and haven’t yet arranged this with an engineer, please contact us using the number provided or using the customer portal.
- NOTE: You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
