Software Developer

We are looking to recruit a Software Developer to join our growing Development Team of four.As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for delivering a range of software solutions involving the complete development life cycle. Your experience with agile methodologies will utilise a range of development languages and platforms including C#.NET, jQuery, Microsoft SQL, MVC and HTML5.

Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a talented Technical Support Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line technical support to our clients, as well as potentially travelling to client sites to provide first-hand support.

You will join a dynamic team of IT professionals committed to excellence, taking a customer focused approach, you will develop a high level of awareness for the support services which support key business processes and activities.

Your responsibilities:

  • Log call request information into CMS systems and provide round-the-clock support to clients
  • Troubleshooting problems

  • Developing an understanding of IT strategy and architecture and how it supports business requirements

Your professional attributes:

  • Windows Server experience (including terminal services)
  • Microsoft Exchange Administration experience
  • Extensive Windows Desktop experience
  • Basic knowledge of Internet Firewall and Ethernet switching in a business environment
  • Virtual Server Experience
  • Good hardware experience and ability to build/modify Intel-based servers
  • Solid troubleshooting ability and able to prove/document your work
  • Proficiency in: TCP/IP, switching, routing and Firewall knowledge

Advantageous professional certifications:

  • MCSE, MCSA and related vendor certs

We are seeking a confident, positive Telemarketing Executive to join the ACUTEC team, we are a specialist IT support, Cloud services and solutions provider based in the Midlands. We manage, develop and support IT systems by providing the best technology together with our award winning service for clients with 5 or 5000 users.

As a growing Microsoft Gold Partner, ACUTEC are seeking an enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to be a key figure in ensuring the success of a new initiative and expansion in operations.

The role will initially involve lead generation and account profiling. The successful applicant will be making outbound calls targeting senior decision makers with the goal of securing high quality appointments for our sales team. The opportunity to develop and assist in account management is possible to the right candidate.

Your responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential customers and liaising with clients
  • Booking appointments for our Sales team
  • Promoting the company’s services
  • Maintaining and updating the database
  • Tracking and collating outcome information and providing comprehensive reports
  • To apply for this role you must have:
  • An eye for detail
  • Some work experience (could be six months or two years)
  • Knowledge of MS Office
